Alzheimer’s Education and Support Program
Presented by Nestor H. Praderio, MD
An interactive learning experience for Caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD).
Join us for learning, sharing and caring. Our Alzheimer’s Education and Support Program will lift your spirits, help you realize that you’re not alone and help you understand why “it’s not your fault.” We emphasize the importance of a holistic approach for treatment. Within this environment we define the disease, give a brief review, and discuss the difficulties that are faced by the patient as well as the caregiver. Various local organizations provide resources to equip, empower, and encourage our caregivers in caring for their loved one, and complimentary refreshments are sponsored by community business liaisons.
We meet every 4th Wednesday of the month, January through October, from 5:00 pm online via ZOOM or Phone Dial In. You will need a meeting link, ID number, password or mobile phone access number to participate.
Call 361.826.2343 to participate.
